He started in IT, spending 16 years at PowerNET IT Solutions and rising to CEO. That journey gave him real-world experience in what it takes to lead, scale, and sustain a business.

Today, Dan is one of Australia’s most experienced EOS Implementers. His style is direct, practical, and grounded in what works. He helps leadership teams cut through the noise, clarify their vision, and build traction that shows up in results.

As the founder of TSP Mentor, Dan brings together growth-focused Technology Service Providers to challenge each other, share openly, and drive real performance. No fluff. Just honest conversations and measurable growth.

He is also Co-founder of Independent Executives, helping businesses running on EOS fill the Integrator gap through coaching and hands-on support. Through Without Fear, he advocates for mental health and supports community wellbeing initiatives.

Adele Pickering has 17+ years in the Managed Service Provider industry, having lived the full journey — from the day-to-day grind of running an MSP to scaling it, and ultimately exiting through a successful sale to Evergreen in 2024.

Adele joined centreRED IT in 2008 as General Manager, stepping up to CEO in 2019, where she led the business through a period of sustained growth before completing its sale. That experience gave her something no course can teach: a practical, first-hand understanding of what it actually takes to build enterprise value, navigate strategic partnerships, and prepare a business for exit.

Now, as Head of Growth and Partnerships at TSP Mentor, Adele channels that experience into helping other Technology Service Providers do the same. She leads global expansion across ANZ, the UK, and North America — sourcing values-aligned TSPs, building strategic sponsor and vendor partnerships, and driving community growth that creates real business outcomes. Her focus is on growing a high-accountability peer community where MSP and TSP leaders get the practical insights, honest accountability, and long-term support they need to scale with intention.

Adele also brings 4 years as an EOS Integrator and 4+ as a Visionary, plus 10+ years facilitating peer groups through Evolve — giving her a deep understanding of both the operational and strategic dimensions of running a high-performing technology business.

Renee Russo is a Value Growth Advisor and the Founder & CEO of Rise Up Business Coaching Ltd., where she helps business owners build valuable, transferable companies and achieve true personal and financial freedom. A former MSP owner from 2006 to 2020, Renee brings firsthand experience in scaling, optimizing, and exiting a technology business.

Renee is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and a former Professional EOS Implementer (2018–2025), combining the Value Acceleration Methodology with proven operating systems to help owners drive performance, increase enterprise value, and prepare for successful transitions.

In her role with TSP Mentor, Renee leads Program Delivery and supports the onboarding and development of facilitators, ensuring they are equipped to guide high-performing peer groups with confidence. She is also the Founder of Exit Mentor, where she leads peer mentoring groups for CEPAs and advisors, facilitating monthly sessions focused on peer learning, practice development, and building high-value advisory businesses.

Alanna Kane is an experienced business leader, EOS Implementer, and TSP Mentor Facilitator with over 20 years of experience across people, finance, and operations. Having held senior leadership roles including General Manager and Integrator, she brings a practical, real-world approach to helping businesses scale with clarity, accountability, and structure.

Alanna specialises in implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®), supporting leadership teams to gain traction, strengthen alignment, and drive measurable results. She is known for her ability to balance commercial outcomes with a strong people-first leadership style, fostering high-performing, values-driven cultures.

Through her work with TSP Mentor peer groups, Alanna facilitates open, honest conversations that challenge leaders to think differently, solve real issues, and learn from one another. Her passion lies in helping business owners and leadership teams move from reactive to intentional, building businesses that are both successful and sustainable.

Bek Fletcher is a highly organised and people-focused professional who brings over two decades of operational and administrative experience to everything she does. With a background spanning executive assistance, operations, and coordination across a diverse range of industries, Bek has a natural talent for making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

At TSP Mentor, Bek wears two important hats — she leads Events & Planning for the ANZ region and serves as EA to founder Dan Williams. Whether she's pulling together a member event or keeping the day-to-day running like clockwork, Bek is the quiet engine at the heart of the TSP Mentor community. She's the kind of person who makes complex things look effortless, and the community is genuinely better for having her in it.

Charlene Krassoi is a seasoned global events and program leader with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences for leaders and organizations worldwide. With decades of experience producing large-scale events and training programs for audiences ranging from 200 to over 5,000 participants, she brings a powerful combination of operational excellence, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to people development.

In her current role as Director of Member Experience and Global Events at TSP Mentor, Charlene leads the design and delivery of meaningful member experiences, fostering connection, engagement, and measurable value across a global community of business leaders.

Throughout her career, Charlene has built and led high-performing teams, developed scalable training systems, and driven significant growth in participation, retention, and revenue. Her work spans North America, Europe, and Australia, consistently focused on elevating both individual and organizational performance.

Charlene is deeply passionate about the power of peer learning and is guided by her personal mission to help create a world that works for everyone with no one and nothing left out.

With over 17 years of hands-on experience driving growth in entrepreneurial companies, I’ve had the privilege of leading and scaling a Managed Service Provider (MSP) through real-world challenges and into extraordinary results. As an Integrator, I helped grow a company from 5 employees and $500K in revenue to 55 employees and $11 million+ annually—by instilling discipline, clarity, and accountability.

Along the way, I’ve also worked within the hospitality and nonprofit sectors, giving me a well-rounded perspective on leadership dynamics across different industries.

Paul Meadows is a former MSP founder and CEO who built and led Integrated Technology Group from 2008–2026, scaling the firm and successfully exiting to Lyra Technology Group in 2025. Operating on EOS since 2018, Paul experienced firsthand how Vision, Traction, and Healthy leadership drive accountability, culture, and enterprise value.

In 2022, he trained under Renee Russo to become a Professional EOS Implementer. He has led 80+ full EOS session days and works with leadership teams—including MSPs—to strengthen execution, improve operational maturity, and increase organizational clarity.

As both an operator and implementer, Paul understands the real pressures MSP leaders face: margins, talent, growth complexity, and exit strategy. He facilitates peer groups with structure, candor, and practical insight—creating environments where leaders gain clarity, accountability, and measurable progress.

My husband and I got married in 1999 and he started his "computer consulting" business in 2002. I joined his MSP in 2012 and rose from ConnectWise administrator to President in the space of about a year, largely through the support of our HTG peer group. We hired an EOS Implementer in 2014 and I discovered I was an Integrator! Peers in our group saw the progress and asked me to help them implement EOS in their MSPs as well. I started my first implementation in 2018 and went full time with EOS in 2021. My husband still runs his MSP on EOS (with a new Integrator!) and I love bringing the power of EOS to more businesses.

I was a member of HTG/IT Nation Evolve for over a decade, and I've seen what works and what doesn't work with peer groups. They are an incredible vehicle for growth, both personally and professionally, when run well. I owe much of my professional success to the peer groups I've been a part of. I love peer groups because they maximize the similarities and differences between leaders. The similarities are very validating; knowing someone else is having the same experience is such a relief. On the other hand, you get to leverage the diversity of ideas and experience in the room. Someone can bring a best practice to a meeting that can change your business forever!

Josh Goodman is a strategic advisor and facilitator dedicated to helping leadership teams simplify the complex and drive measurable growth. With a focus on EOS, Dan works hands-on with leaders to cut through operational noise, clarify long-term visions, and instill a culture of accountability. His approach is rooted in practicality, removing abstract theory in favour of direct, collaborative strategies that produce tangible results.

As the founder of TSP Mentor, Dan facilitates peer groups designed specifically for TSP’s. Driven by the belief that the best leaders don't build in isolation, he creates environments where owners can engage in honest conversations, analyse real numbers, and challenge another’s thinking to move from good to great.

James is a lifelong technologist who climbed the ladder to IT Director before founding his own Managed Service Provider, Support Tree. While the company grew, James initially found himself trapped in the owner’s trap working 14 hour days just to keep the gears turning.

A major turning point came through his long term membership in elite peer groups like HTG (now IT Nation Evolve). James credits this community with giving him the awareness of what was truly possible and significantly accelerating his learning curve. By combining the high level accountability of peer groups with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), James tripled his profits in 18 months and successfully exited his business.
