As Technology Service Providers running on business operating systems like EOS matured, many found themselves asking the same question: what's next? They had built good businesses and wanted to go from good to great, surrounded by peers facing the same challenges.
TSPs needed a place for progress, not pitches
Mature TSP businesses needed a place where people spoke the same language of execution, accountability, and growth. A place where members could learn from each other without feeling like they were being sold to.
We started small, then something real happened
We began with a small group of companies who already knew and respected each other. The conversations were honest. The learning was practical. And the accountability was real. Word spread quickly.
TSP Mentor grew from 5 to 30 members
In our first two years, TSP Mentor grew from five foundational members to more than 30 member companies, expanding from one country to four and evolved from a local initiative into a growing international network across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, and North America.
