What is TSP Mentor?
TSP Mentor is a peer group designed for leaders of Technology Service Providers (TSPs) who want to build stronger businesses and create long-term enterprise value. Our mission is to help TSP leaders go from good to great through accountability, collaboration, and structured peer mentoring.
Who can join TSP Mentor?
TSP Mentor is designed for leaders of established Technology Service Providers that deliver IT services, managed services, or technology support to businesses. Members are typically CEOs, Integrators, or senior leadership team members responsible for running and growing the company.
The program is best suited to businesses that have been operating for several years, have built a solid foundation, and are now looking to grow, improve operational maturity, and build real enterprise value.
Do we need to be running on EOS to join?
No. While many members run their businesses on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), it isn’t a requirement. What matters most is that your business has some form of planning structure or framework in place.
As part of the onboarding process, we run an EOS readiness session to help new members understand the terminology and meeting structure used within the program.
What makes TSP Mentor different from other peer groups?
TSP Mentor focuses on accountability, operational maturity, and enterprise value creation, not just networking. Our groups are independent and member-led, not vendor-led, allowing for open and honest conversations without commercial pressure.
Cohorts are carefully formed with TSPs at a similar stage of maturity and revenue, and meetings follow a structured framework aligned with EOS principles to keep discussions practical, focused, and outcome-driven.
How often do TSP Mentor meetings take place?
