FAQs

What is TSP Mentor?

TSP Mentor is a peer group designed exclusively for Technology Service Providers (TSPs) running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Our mission is to help TSPs go from good to great by building enterprise value through accountability, collaboration, and strategic growth.

Who can join TSP Mentor?

TSP Mentor is open to TSP leaders who run their business on EOS and are ready to grow, innovate, and lead their companies to the next level. Ideal candidates are CEOs, Integrators, or key leadership team members. These companies are providing IT Services, Managed Services, and support to businesses.

What if we don’t run on EOS?

We can help you start that journey to get you ready. We partner with EOS Implementers to run free sessions designed to educate you on EOS and set you off on your implementation journey.

What makes TSP Mentor different from other peer groups?

We focus on high accountability and enterprise value creation, not just networking. Our group is member-led (not vendor-led) and provides a platform for deep-dive discussions, problem-solving, and EOS mastery among like-minded business leaders in the TSP industry.

How often do TSP Mentor meetings take place?

Our peer groups meet quarterly, with regular collaboration opportunities between sessions.

How can I get involved or learn more?

You can also reach out to us directly at info@tspmentor.com to schedule a discovery call or enquire about upcoming meetings.

How do I know if this is the right fit for me?

If you’re committed to growing your TSP business, running on EOS, and want to be part of a peer group that challenges and inspires you, TSP Mentor is for you. Our sessions are designed to give you practical peer-led guidance and peer support to reach new heights.
